SWELECT Energy Systems has announced the launch of its scalable SWEES EN hybrid inverter range for commercial and industrial consumers. The range will come in sizes ranging from 5 kW to 50 kW with scalable versions beyond 50 kW. It will cater to the load requirement, solar generation, and energy storage needs of commercial establishments. Consumers can begin with the initial requirement-based system size and upgrade it whenever the need arises.
This product controls solar generation, energy storage, and grid sources with the help of one single system. The range has been certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) as per the Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS) and is therefore ready to be rolled out in the second quarter of 2027.
Rising costs and increasing issues related to energy security lead to companies seeking solar power more efficiently by using batteries to provide power when there is none available. This new system has been custom made according to the individual company’s needs.
Speaking about the innovation, Dr Arulkumar Shanmugasundaram, CMD, SWELECT Energy Systems, stated: “With the BIS certification for our hybrid inverters, we are now rolling out the SWEES EN range from 5 kW to 50 kW, with a strong focus on the evolving energy requirements of C&I customers. The range has been designed with scalability at its core, enabling solutions to be configured in line with varying load profiles, operational requirements and future energy needs.”
