Resonia Ltd, one of India’s foremost players in the field of power transmission infrastructure development, has completed two transmission projects in Rajasthan via its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV), Fatehgarh III Beawar Transmission Limited (F3BTL) and Beawar Transmission Limited (BTL). The combined capacity of these two projects amounts to 9 GW power transmission capacity.

These transmission projects are a part of the larger transmission infrastructure development required for handling the increasing renewable energy production capacity within Rajasthan.

"Rajasthan is emerging as a major renewable energy generation hub, and transmission capacity is critical to enabling the efficient evacuation of this power. With the commissioning of these projects, Resonia has added 9 GW of evacuation capacity across the Fatehgarh-Beawar corridor. These projects also reflect our focus on technology-led execution and efficient project delivery across challenging terrains.” said Prashant Sinha, CEO of Resonia

The project consists of transmission and balancing network infrastructure linking the Fatehgarh renewable energy park to Beawar, in addition to the broader national grid. It uses automation technologies to expedite completion and mitigate risks.
