Aster DM Quality Care has partnered with Oyster Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd to commission a 10 MW solar power project. According to a statement by Oyster, Aster DM Quality Care has invested Rs. 3.87 crore in the project.
The project targets to meet a major share of Aster Medcity’s electricity needs via renewable energy, while decreasing its reliance on grid-based power.

The project combines bifacial solar modules designed for Kerala’s tropical climate to provide reliable and cost-efficient renewable power for Aster Medcity’s round-the-clock energy requirements.
The project incorporates bifacial solar technology suited for Kerala's tropical climate, ensuring Aster Medcity receives a continuous, cost-effective supply of clean energy.
The project will potentially generate nearly 17.7 million units (MUs) of renewable energy annually, meeting more than 90 percent of Aster Medcity’s total energy requirement on a captive basis.
