ACME Solar Holdings Limited, via its subsidiary ACME Renewtech Private Limited, has successfully commissioned 66.68 MW of additional solar capacity at its hybrid facility in Bikaner, Rajasthan. This expansion brings the plant's active operational capacity to 200.04 MW, with the official Commercial Operation Date set for November 4, 2026.
Amid the latest commissioning, ACME Solar's total operational capacity has jumped to nearly 3,190 MW. Also, as per the company’s statement, the addition of wind capacity to the hybrid project will complement solar generation and provide a more diversified renewable energy generation profile.
Currently, The project is under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited at a tariff of ₹3.36 per kWh. However, the company is targeting full operational status by the end of the third quarter of FY27.
