About the job

Location: Gurugram-Faridabad Road, Gwal Pahari, Gurugram – 122003, Haryana, India (on-site)

Monitor civil projects: Keep track of ongoing and upcoming civil construction/maintenance projects.

Prepare plans and estimates: Create detailed project plans, designs, and cost estimates using CPWD DSR rates as well as non-DSR items where required.

Review estimates and drawings: Check plans, designs, quantities, and cost estimates for accuracy before sending them to the competent authority for approval.

Manage civil projects: Supervise and coordinate civil works to ensure they are executed properly and according to requirements.

Maintain financial/work records: Maintain records related to initial accounts, work completion/clearance, outstanding payments, recoveries, and advances given to contractors/agencies.

Follow government rules: Ensure all project and financial procedures comply with applicable State/Central Government rules and GFR (General Financial Rules).
