In a bid to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector, ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has incorporated four new wholly-owned subsidiaries. Recently, the company, in a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India, disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
ACME Solar Holdings Ltd’s just-incorporated four subsidiaries will operate in the renewable energy power generation business. These are ACME Greentech Twenty Five Pvt Ltd, ACME Greentech Twenty Six Pvt Ltd, ACME Greentech Twenty Seven Pvt Ltd, and ACME Greentech Twenty Eight Pvt Ltd. They are based in Gurugram (Haryana). With a focus to develop, set up, and operate renewable power projects, the subsidiaries have been set up and will be completely owned with a voting control by ACME Solar Holdings Ltd.
