Hartek Singh is appointed as IEEMA President (2026–2027), focusing on driving innovation, sustainable energy transition, and boosting India’s global electrical competitiveness.
As President-Elect, Singh shall engage with the leadership of IEEMA on matters relating to policies and strategy along with representation of interests of manufacturers in electrical industries, industrial electronics, and related equipment sectors. Areas that he will focus on include enhanced cooperation between the industry and government, domestic production, export business, and renewable energy, grid upgradation, e-mobility, green hydrogen, energy storage, and digitization.
Singh has had a long-standing association with IEEMA. He has been a member of the National Executive Committee and Vice Chairman, Northern Region of IEEMA besides holding the post of Vice President since 2026. Additionally, he is also the Chairman of ELECRAMA 2027, the leading global trade fair organised by IEEMA.
