DCM Shriram Ltd. has released a statement regarding the full commissioning of their wind-solar hybrid renewable energy project with a generation capacity of 68 MW. This concludes the firm’s plan for its entire renewable power generation capacity. Their SPV, JSW Renewable Energy Thirty-Two Ltd., owns the project.
The announcement comes after previous announcements in December 2024 and May 2026 when the company had disclosed certain developments regarding the construction and partial commissioning of this particular project. The hybrid energy project had an average capacity of around 34 MW, which was partially commissioned earlier.
This development is a further move for DCM Shriram towards its renewables program. Hybrid wind-solar power plants generate electricity through the use of wind and solar power plants, which contribute towards enhancing utilization of renewable energy. This development was officially communicated to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 29, 2026.
This announcement has been made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations, 2015, by Mr. Deepak Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, DCM Shriram Limited.
